Details of the program
The program is run in cooperation with the Open Working Group European Capital of Culture – Lower Silesia, which includes cultural institutions and organisations from the region. It encompasses a number of projects, e.g. ART-BUS, Paper Clip, Free initiatives from Lower Silesia for 2016 and later, Un-Congress of Cultural Activists at the SLOT ART Festival, Silesia Art Biennale, Art Festival, Culture of small and medium-sized cities, dolnoslaskosc.pl, Reading city, 7 Wonders of Lower Silesia.
